I am a clinical psychologist, passionate about making a difference to individuals lives. I believe that psychological therapy can help people gain a better understanding of their difficulties and allow them to feel empowered to take an active role in implementing change to improve their psychological functioning and their quality of life.
I have over 17 years of clinical experience working in the NHS, in a variety of settings and working with a wide range of complexities. I have extensive experience in assessing and treating individuals with difficulties such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, anger, low self esteem, stress, interpersonal and personality difficulties. In my current post I work in a specialist service offering treatment for Eating Disorders in a North London NHS Trust.
